Do not build the same house. Build a new house. Build a better one - made with brick not with sticks. The wind will roar to knock it down as it might have succeeded before. But the ground will be steady this time. You might be afraid that you will choose the wrong tools and be blinded by imitation bricks. You might be worried that you’re too impatient. But, listen. Take baby steps and let grace, peace, gentleness, and self-control surround you. Be slow to speak. Have grace on your lips rather than wrath. To build a new house it’s going to take a thousand small and giant choices to create something better.
